About Primitive Outfitting
	Primitive Outfitting is proud to announce that we have expanded into British Columbia, Canada to offer trophy hunts for Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Moose and Elk.
	We offer quality bow and rifle hunts for these specie. Bowhunting is our speciality and our passion, thus will be offering primarily bow hunts for these animals.
	Our area boasts some of the highest densities of grizzly, black bear, and moose in the province. Our BC operation is located in east central BC, straight west of Jasper National Park, between McBride and Prince George. The hunting area is 980 sq. miles of pristine mountains and valleys. Our attention to detail and hard work will make this hunt one you will not forget!
	Our Alberta operation will continue to produce some of the best bowhunting for mule deer and wingshooting in North America. Primitive Outfitting has decreased its whitetail operation, but we still offer a very limited openings for trophy whitetail in the famed Edmonton bow zone. Shed antler hunting (whitetail and mule deer) will continue to be a popular early spring ritual, and again spots are limited.

	Outfitter
	Your outfitter, Jeff Lander, is originally from Washington State. He married a Canadian and moved to British Columbia in the late 80's.
	Jeff has bowhunted most of his life and decided in 1994 to pursue his passion with making it his job. Jeff and his three daughters, Rachel, Kirsten and Lisse, have been living in Alberta since 1996 where he started outfitting whitetail deer, mule deer and waterfowl.
	Jeff acquired an outfitting concession in British Columbia in 2005 to pursue his dream of guiding bowhunter's to grizzlies, black bear and moose.
	While Jeff prefers to hunt with traditional equipment, he primarily guides hunters who use compound bows, and occasional rifle hunter.
	Jeff's hunting experience and easy going attitude will make your hunt enjoyable and one to remember.

	Cook
	Rachel Lander is my eldest daughter and will be doing her second year cooking for our spring bear clients. Rachel is 20, she is a city girl who enjoys the wilds of BC for a month in the spring.
	Rachel will be heading to college this fall, but in the meantime she will be whipping up some great meals for the guys in camp.
	Note to the guys, Rachel's dad is extremely protective and is similiar to a boar grizz on a moose kill.

	Guide
	Aaron Evans is a young, enthusiastic, and knowledgable guide. Aaron has guided extensively in Alberta, and British Columbia for a variety of big game. He is an experienced bowhunter, and has guided many successful bowhunts in his 14 years of guiding.
	Aaron is the horseman of Primitive Outfitting, and brings with him 6 pack horses which enables him to venture into inaccessable areas.
	In Aaron's first fall with Primitive Outfitting he showed his worth with guiding clients to 3 big bull moose, and a nice grizzly...and a few misses!
	Aaron and his girlfriend Rosy (and 4 kids) live in McBride, BC.

	Guide
	Murray Matthews has been with Primitive Outfitting since its inception in 1996. There is one word that describes Murray and his approach to guiding....intense.
	Murray's excitement is second to none, and he will go all out in making your trip a success. While he might have shorter legs than the rest of us, he covers a lot of ground. This approach has brought great success to those who keep up.
	Murray is also a recurve shooter, and has some huge whitetail and mule deer under his belt. Most repeat clientele request that Murray guides them, for a good reason.
	Murray has recently taken over the mule deer operation for Primitive Outfitting.

	Guide
	Gary Hilscher is from Kelowna British Columbia, and has been around hunting most of his life.
	Gary is a hard core hunter who's home best resembles a zoo with all the taxidermy work. He has hunted every possible big game animal in British Columbia and has been successful with most of them.
	Gary is all legs and he likes to walk...all day long and up any hill, mountain and cliff. he will work extremely hard to produce a shot and is an easy going person.
	Past hunters that Gary has guided continue to request him as a guide and with good reason.
	Gary has worked with Primitive Outfitting in a limited role, but
	will be a big part of our success in British Columbia, especially with Grizzly and Moose.
